Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on custom printed products. Please read our File Submission Guidelines carefully before uploading your file. Customers are responsible for file contents and missed deadlines due to failure to properly read turnaround time caveats. If an error is caused on our behalf, we will either issue a refund or reprint the poster for you at no additional cost.
