EARLY BIRD - Orders placed by December 1 @ 17:00 CST will be delivered on December 14, and available for on-site pickup during posted booth hours/days.

STANDARD - To guarantee timely delivery, standard orders should be placed by 17:00 CST at least 4 business days (Monday- Friday) prior to your assigned presentation day. 

RUSH - Rush orders received by 12:00 CST Monday-Friday will be available next business day by 08:00 CST. Orders received between 12:00 and 17:00 CST Monday-Friday will be available next business day by 13:30 CST. 

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS PLACED OVER THE WEEKEND, OR AFTER-HOURS (17:00 CST), WILL NOT BE RECEIVED BY US UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

What if I am Tax Exempt? Please DO NOT place your order until our site administrator has verified and confirmed your sales tax exemption status in the State of Louisiana*. If you place your order prior to receiving the confirmation email, you will be charged a non-refundable sales tax. Please follow the below steps:

1. Create or confirm your existing account. 
2. Submit a Louisiana Sales Tax Exemption Certificate or  Sales Tax Exemption for Purchases by the Federal Government along with your account name, to info@aguposterprints.com.
3. Within 1 business day, you will receive an email response confirming your account's tax exemption status.

*Please note, an organization that is recognized as tax exempt by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or in their own state (such as a University) is not automatically exempt from sales tax in Louisiana. 

How should I format my poster file? Please refer to our File Submission Guidelines.

When, where and how will I retrieve my poster? Posters will be delivered free of charge to the Poster Pickup Booth in the lobby of Hall E at the AGU Meeting. You will receive an email notification once your poster has been delivered to the booth. Show this notification to a booth representative to retrieve your poster. View our booth hours

What are the order cutoff dates? Please refer to our Ordering Deadlines page to confirm the deadlines for submitting your poster based on your presentation session.

To ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner and to prevent a bottle neck leading up to the convention, CCI offers reduced pricing for orders submitted early.

EARLY BIRD ordering closes at 17:00 CST on December 1, 2025.

Note: Orders are received and processed during normal business hours. Orders placed after 17:00 CST or over the weekend will not be received until the next business day. E.g. A "Rush" order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be received on Monday and ready for pickup Tuesday. Just as well, a "Rush" order placed during the week but after hours, will be received the next business morning and ready for pickup the following business morning.

Will I get to see a proof before my poster is printed? Due to the high volume of orders being processed in a very short timeframe, we will not be sending out individual proofs. Files are printed as submitted so please be sure to follow our file submission guidelines carefully, You can preview your file upload via the link in your cart to ensure the correct file is attached to your order. Please be sure to double check your file for errors and image quality prior to checking out.

Will hanging hardware be provided? Yes. Push pins will be provided at the Poster 'Help Desk', just inside the entrance to the the Poster Hall. 

Are your posters eco-friendly? Why yes, they are! Our HP Photo-Realistic Poster Paper is  recyclable!

What is your return policy? Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on custom printed products. Please read our File Submission Guidelines carefully before uploading your file. Customers are responsible for file contents and missed deadlines due to failure to properly read turnaround time caveats. If an error is caused on our behalf, we will either issue a refund or reprint the poster for you at no additional cost.
