Please refer to our Order Deadlines page to ensure your poster will arrive in time for your presentation.

Early Bird orders placed by 17:00 CST December 1 will be available for on-site pickup at any time during posted booth hours/days.

Standard orders received by 17:00 CST Monday-Friday will be available within 3 business days.

Rush orders received by 12:00 CST Monday-Friday will be available the next business day by 08:00 CST. Orders received between 12:00 and 17:00 CST Monday-Friday will be available next business day by 13:30 CST. 

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS PLACED OVER THE WEEKEND, OR AFTER-HOURS (17:00 CST), WILL NOT BE RECEIVED BY US UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
